Each Letter from Santa is packaged and addressed to the parent. Inside we include an extra special ‘North Pole’ postmarked white envelope for you to personally address to your child (or children), and pop back into your letterbox ready to be found! As a child, remember your own excitement this time of year? Time to bring the magic back again!
Delivery to store is Free. Please review all delivery Information here. Each letter will come in the mail addressed to parent with an extra envelope inside for you to pop back into the letterbox.

Returns
The stock is constantly changing. It's not completely managed by us since we're involved with several parties such as the factory and our storage. The actual stock can fluctuate at any time. Be aware that it's possible that your order will become unavailable even after you have placed the order.
Our policy lasts thirty days. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed from the date you purchased the item, we will not be able to give you a refund or exchange.
The item should not be used, and it must be in the original packaging. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
